Automatic or bottles

What's everyones pros and cons on using automatic waterers vs bottles I'm planning on ramping up numbers here in a bit and I like bottles because I can monitor rabbits closer but even though I fill 16 oz at night I'll come out in the morning to some bone dry empty bottles. Also ATM I'm only at 13 rabbits and plan on taking it to 20+ in the next 4 months. Asking because I found better bottles so I'm going to replace all 12 with those or switch everything to automatic

I use the lixit 32 ounce no drip water bottles. They work great and because I’m a busy individual who goes to school and meetings regularly. They have a top that pops open and it’s super easy to fill I fill mine with a hose it takes me 10 minutes to fill 40 bottles.

I have 7 cages and quickly got tired of using bottles. Mostly due to freezing. Thawing off bottles became a chore so I switched to a 50 gallon drum automatic system. Absolutely love it.

I don't have a lot of animals. But even so, I have a business to run and would hate to miss giving the water because I got busy. I am still using a heated water bottle, but plan to go automatic this year.

We use heated water bowls over the winter for our breeding stock. 5 gallon bucket with plastic tubing going to watering nipples when it's not freezing out.
Very inexpensive and very easy
