I was curious how they were doing. The one in the first picture looks like he might not make it much longer, but the kit in the second picture looks much better. Do you think the doe might need some oats, BOSS, or calf manna to help increase her milk supply?

I bought heating pads for under nest boxes this winter, also. I haven't had to use them yet, but I am glad to have them available.
About the two kits, they both seemed to have full tummies, even the pathetic one, so maybe she's figured out how to feed them.

The kits are a week old now. I have kept the heating pad under the box. They seem to all be surviving and thriving! She had NINE - yay! I don't like interfering with them very much, because she is not a trusting rabbit and I don't want her to stop taking care of them. I pulled one of the kits out today and it was fat and furry. Unfortunately, I didn't have the camera, but I came back and pulled out another one, which isn't quite as healthy looking, but still full tummy and fur, so it's all good :)

Nine, holy crap how do you handle them all

you just need to get one good feed into that weak kit and it will come along just fine. So I'd suggest you see if you can get a good feed into that kit.
