Any breed, one litter, then sell them all, what would you pick?

I've only ever bred Rex and Californians, and when I did have Rex I only ever got castors opals and the occasional black or red. Pretty much, I've been bored with the same old same old. So, I've been thinking about getting a breeding duo of something else, something different, like not a meat breed maybe. Nothing to quality, maybe not even a show able color (but still healthy obviously). Just to get one litter from, and then I'll sell them all. So, if this were you, what breed would you pick and why?

I agree with @RabbitsOfTheCreek - Blue Holicers or Czech Frosties would be fun! My friend raises the Frosties and they are adorable - with their fluffy faces and ears, they look like baby bunnies their whole life. (But good luck finding them without paying an arm and a leg for them!)😁

If you really want some color pop, I think the silvered breeds are cool - Silver (in Black, Brown and Fawn), Argente Brun (chocolate), Argente St Hubert (agouti colors - chestnut, opal, amber and lynx), Creme D'Argent (orange), or the most dramatically silvered of all, black-based Champagne D'Argent. I've loved watching the crazy patterns that Champagnes go through while growing from pure black newborns to silvery, almost white adults:

The St Huberts are cool too, having a veritable rainbow in their coat. Here's a chestnut Argente St Hubert:
