Annie's first nest

Annie, our 6 month old harlequin doe, is obviously expecting her first litter. She's not due to get a nestbox until 1/5. And, yes, I'm sure of the breeding date. I found her using her eating hay to build a nest in the corner. So, just to appease her, I put a nestbox in lastnight. I figured she would hop in, investigate a bit, and maybe make a little hollow out. Noting like what I found when I went in this morning:

What a good girl! She's all excited about her babies that are coming!

So sweet! Our little girl is due with her first litter on Monday and she's hopping in and out and creating a little hollow in her nest box, too. LOL

We've had girls make nice bowls in the hay, but nothing like what Annie has done.
