Have you heard of the blog Chickens in the Road? She had a bottle sheep that thought she was a dog, she lived on the porch with the dogs until she was weaned.
Annabelle ( the sheep) was taken by a mountain lion unfortunately, but now a few yrs later, she has a bottle goat named Maia who thinks she is a cat or lap dog lol

Yeah, her rumen was huge that day! lol

Do they have access to baking soda? I'm not sure about sheep, but goats will eat it as necessary when they get gassy like that.

She looks lovely. I hope she continues to do well. Thanks for posting the pics.

Yeah it's been a bad day. My daughters two favorite goats. Bonnie and Athena.

If you have one favorite animal out of a hundred, THAT is the one struck by lightning or fall down dead or any of the million ways they die. All the rest? Just fine!

So sorry for you both.

Oh no! I'm sorry about your goats. :(

Could they have eaten something toxic maybe?

I hope it is nothing contagious. :clover:
