Well I'm getting a little excited about my MR doe. She should be having her first litter in about 2 weeks. This is going to be my first litter I've got since I was a young kid. So I'm hoping everything goes alright but being her first time I don't see it happening which makes me a bit nerves. I don't have another doe with a litter to foster if things don't go well. And the last time I tried to take care of a kit it didn't turn out so well either. So that makes me even more nerves. If she doesn't want to take care of them what should I do? Uhhh I'm going crazy. I need to stop this because all I know is she might turn out to be a very good mother but I'm jus scared that she won't since it will be her first litter.

I wouldn't worry. Most rabbits are great Mama's, even first timers.

And if she's not, since you don't have another Mama to foster babies to, you just have to let her learn.

Just make sure you have the items to give her the most advantage - a proper sized nestbox, nesting materials, proper food, and some peace and quiet when it's kindling time.

She'll be fine. :)

Yeah I guess your right. I'm just so nerves for her I guess lol. I want everything to go like its suppose too but if it doesn't she will just have to learn like you said along with me.

She does have the proper size nestbox and already has straw in it since she is a outside bunny. But I will definitely be giving her more nesting material so she can take it in and fix it how she wants it. She is on proper food and also gets her treats every now and again. And she is in my barn away from everything.
