Oh sweets I'm sooooo sorry for your loss of a litter.... I just lost a litter myself....I can never tell early on by palpitating if they are prego, but when they are approaching the day I find if I turn them over on their back while they are resting calmly and apply pressure you will feel the...

You aren't kidding! The Doe's Chalet was a nasty ugly brown chicken coop :o we saved from a bon fire :).... The colorful walkway is the neighbors old driveway  , and the tumbling poles are from my Mom-in-Laws fence. I love dumpster diving.....It is what makes every part of your...

Some pics of Bunnyville and our new popples!

I agree.... I moved from a small garden to an acre cleared free of all plants... I was very discouraged... The side yard swamped and sometimes the water would pool on our property... Plants died , I gave up... The hurricanes hit that year and flooded the whole property...tons of pine trees and...

Some pics of Bunnyville and our new popples!

I have my pond netted now, once the trees are lush again I will put some sun sails over it and that should deter any new herons flying over.... The other seems to have given up and moved on now.... The rest of my garden is more rustic...but Bunnyville took a look of it's own oddly....Everything...

    We have our first Litter

Oreo, our calmest and sweetest Bun had a litter today! She seems to have only had 2 though...Is that normal....I have felt all around in the nesting box, and haven't felt any others. It's actually a nesting tunnel about two feet long, she made her nest deep in the box, but the kits were covered...
