I read this article, or one like it, a few months ago and couldn't believe all the posts bashing her for trying to help people raise their own food. Good Grief! People are starving/dying and rabbits are a "fast food". With rabbits and broilers people can be feeding themselves in no time.

If I'm reading it properly they are seperating the stems from the leaves. The leaves will be flat and about the size of an M&M, my favorites! I consider fines to be the dust left from pellets.
