So my buck has produced a few litters but always has problems getting his job done even though he tries lots. I noticed today when he is trying to breed the doe that his penis points straight down, like points at his rear feet. is this normal or this is his problem??? thanks

So my cali/flemish meat mutts are having their first kits.they are 8 months old now. One doe had 5 the other had 4 and the 3rd should have hers tonight. These small litters for this mix breed? Could be because it's their first?

I have a tarp that covers both sides of my hutch. When it starts getting in the middle teens should I try and cover the bottom or leave it open? Should I add a box with some straw or not? Here is their hutch, any input is welcome!

Thought I'd share pics of the nest boxes I made. They are 18 inches long and 10 inches wide. I have not used them yet but I think they will work great!

So my mutts that I bought for breeders supposed to be cali/flemish were born on 7/22/14. I decided to weigh them today, they are around 6 and a half pounds, sound about right? I'm going to get ready to try breeding them for the first time soon!

Here is my hutch I built, four separate spaces. It's 8ft by 3ft also added fold up tarp to both sides so when it's windy I can block it off. Also did automatic water system since the photo. About to extend the roof and add 2 large dog cages as my grow out pens.

I just bought my first rabbits, my 3 doe are half flemish giant half californian the buck is half rex half californian whan I breed them what will the kits be? I'm guessing 1/2 cali 1/4 fg 1/4 rex or am I thinking about this all wrong?
