Yeep sorry I've always called it "blowing their coat" it must be a northern thing. lol

    ONLY JR!!

This is the only jr I have to show for my break in showing. I've had such a terrible time getting anything to take and the does were really bad about nesting so 2 of the 4 I bred this year the whole litter died. One doe was bred through the cage by the wrong buck and it just was not a good...

    Is my bunny show worthy?

He looks to be blowing his coat right now. Also a little flat on top. He should round himself down to the table not cut off at an angle but it's also hard to tell in pictures. Only way to find out is by bringing him to a show.

    ARGENT BRUN AND CHAMPAGNES

Yes i realize its a different breed. From my understanding its a champagne that carries chocolate. Ive akways thought of ecpiremening with my choco mini rex but throw it off as a waste of time because im not a fan of mutts. Lol

    ARGENT BRUN AND CHAMPAGNES

The thing I never got was why everyone claims silver fox are so similiar to champagne's. A champagne's fur would be considered agouti by any color standard where as a silver fox jus has scattered white hairs in their fur. A creme is also an agouti which is why i believe the d'argent was added to...

    Champagne d'argent stock wanted

I would kill for some of Sky Island's stuff. Tried getting a hold of em b4 my little brother came up from down south to get a doe from them with no luck. Personally from everyone I've talked to perspective stick to your one line, once you've figured out your weakness go out and look for a buck...

    what a surprise!

Yes, luckily it was even the buck i planned on breeding her to. Ive heard of does getting bred through cages but never actually had it happen before!

    what a surprise!

Well walked into the barn the other day and theres fur everywhere. Im thinking i haven't bred anything for awhile now so what's up with this. Well turns out my young champagne doe got bred through the bars of her cage! I got there in time to save the babies and now have 3 new additions that i...

    Now THAT was unexpected!

Well like in most breeds blue is rececive so it can sit a few generations back and just pop up. On top of that genetically your rabbits are not white. REW is basically a masking color(to make it simpke) so your rabbits genetically could be blue ans the albino genr is covering it up. Take a look...
