He looks to be blowing his coat right now. Also a little flat on top. He should round himself down to the table not cut off at an angle but it's also hard to tell in pictures. Only way to find out is by bringing him to a show.

Well like in most breeds blue is rececive so it can sit a few generations back and just pop up. On top of that genetically your rabbits are not white. REW is basically a masking color(to make it simpke) so your rabbits genetically could be blue ans the albino genr is covering it up. Take a look...
