I will try to get some this evening. When I flip her over she pulls her feet very close together in the back but they are parallel to each other. She is more then likely a bit narrow. I was excited because her shoulders didn't look to long, but pinched hips aren't good either.
This is a rex doe approximately 2 months old. I would appreciate any opinions on her regarding confirmation and type. She was not posing very well so I apologize ahead of time.
Thank you ahead of time for any input!
I hope I am posting this in the correct part of the forum. I am hoping to get some insight from other breeders. What would you do?
So long story short I have been line breeding a nice line of rexes for a number of generations now. The positives of this line is they have nice coats, pretty...
Heat composting is easy to do too you just need a big enough pile to get it going. I am not sure if we are allowed to recommend books here, so please delete if I am breaking any rules, but the book "Let it Rot!: The Gardener's Guide to Composting" is an outstanding book on learning the process...

Thank you so much for the responses. I will be interested to find out how the garlic treatment works, so I hope you continue posting your findings michaels4gardens. I started treating everyone else in the barn with Safe-guard, if nothing else, in hopes that I can clear any active cases that...
Hi All,
I have a kit that I am very highly suspicious of having E. cuniculi based on an eye that looks like it is growing a cataract on it and an out of the blue weak hind leg. If I am understanding correctly this kit most likely got it from mom as she is only 2 and a half months old. So...
Sorry I stated that poorly. The kits from the REW carrying Steel ended up being non extension with an Ese and ended up looking like a self black with slight ticking here and there.
Original statement:
Could the doe be a non extension steel. For example I had a REW that was genetically...
I am very excited for you and I can certainly relate. We are trying to make this move within our household. We now raise our own bees, rabbits, and laying hens along with tending many gardens. I think it is very exciting that, even if on a small scale, more people make this move (or at least...
