wry neck questions

Hi,

Could someone recommend their suggestions for a rabbit with wry neck? I am giving her .45 cc styringe everyday until 28 days is up of panacur. I also giving her a half a banana everyday which she loves but she doesn't drink much water. Her appetite is still good.
