I see I'm not the only one who got more bang than they bargained for. I worry a lot about stray bullets and firewoorks, 20 minutes before and twenty minutes after New Years.

Thankfully no bullets here. I didn't mind the fireworks where we lived before, because all the houses were far enough apart that the noise didn't bother me. Here is a different story. I HATE living "in town".

Iam a total gun nut, and NRA guy and the whole 9 yards, but I still can't believe their are still idiots that fire off rounds during holidays, makes me want to beat some sense into them. When I was a kid we had a neighbor from down the street get hit, cops thought the bullet was fired from at least 1/2 mile away. IDIOTS!

Passing out pieces of carrots and warm water in the bowls and telling all the rabbits it was okay and the fireworks would stop in a minute. Neighbors in all directions and in the street were firing off fireworks and big booms off in the distance. A few of them were a little scared until they saw the carrots.
