What to do with dead kits?

For those of you who feed the dead kits to other animals, are there any instances where you would not feed the kits to a dog/cat/reptile?

If it decomposed any, which rarely happens (it happened once because I couldn't find the body. I could smell it, I knew it was there, I even pulled the hay and fur apart looking for it. Finally found it after the kits left the nest. Technically I still fed it to animals I guess as I buried it in my worm bin) That's about the only reason I can think of. My rabbits don't have anything that would be harmful to animals if eaten immediately.
