What might she be?

I found this one on Craigslist, people wanted to trade her for electronics. In the photo, she was in a little dog carrier but I could see enough to see the color and like. Sent them a text asking how much they'd take $$. They said $100. HAH! Didn't answer back. Hour later they came back with $50. Still ignored them.

$10 later she's home with me. She is freaking FAT! I haven't weighed her but guessing 12-15 pounds. Nails were like garden trowels.

Most of the rabbits up this way are dwarfs, Calis or NZ, a few Flemish breeders. I don't know of any Champagne d'Argente breeders, been looking for some for a while.

Whaddya think she is?

She is a Champagne....:) Make sure to quarantine her before introducing her to the rest of your herd!

Maybe they can get themselves a nice pocket calculator! :p

Congrats on the new addition. She is a beauty. :)

Yeah she's in a private pen well situated away from the main group.

When I saw the photo I thought she looked like a Champagne but thought, no way. Here I've been trying to find a breeder up here forever with no luck and some schmo has one stuck in a dog crate in the laundry room? I didn't ask how they came across her. I don't know if she's good, bad, or what with the fat rolls. She's not real happy about her reduced food ATM, and no clue what to do with the hay I gave her. Being on a reduced feed myself right now, I feel her pain.

Great find! I had a friend actively looking for Champagnes in our area and she wasn't able to find any.
