A couple of the broken appear black at times. Light is a tricky thing.

Is the darkest broken kit still sable in your eyes?

I'd agree that the two solids are sables or maybe even seals - they're pretty dark. But I think I remember that Chocolate Truffle is a dark sable carrying a <c> from her dam, so maybe she just threw you some dark sables.

I feel like I should download all of your pedigrees to keep me on track on this color rollercoaster! :ROFLMAO:

The brokens are hard to decide for me from these pictures. Several surely do look black in some of the shots. You may also be dealing with seal since both parents are sable (if I'm remembering correctly). -163026 looks black, but the face is where you'd expect a sable or seal to be darkest, so it's the body coloring that would probably be most helpful. -164541 looks suspiciously faded across its back, but that could very well be the lighting. On the other hand, -164659 looks pretty inky black. I wish I could be more helpful...! 🤷‍♀️
