Not the best picture to judge conformation. But he looks VERY nice,thick and handsome

because he is not posed it really is difficult. If I were going just by the picture it looks like he has a full flat hand behind the head over the shoulders. If posed he may not actually. His hind foot is pointed out which could lead on to think he was pinches at the lower hindquarter and it could be argued that he is undercut too.
What is evident is a really good buck head.
Get him on a table an a good posed picture to evaluate.
