So my American Chinchilla doe was bred to my Silver Fox, but then once to my Californian.
Ideas on the cuteness? One is light in color, other 3 are dark.
Black based but they may silver and I believe a black chin which would have to be from the cali because it would take the himi gene they carry plus the chin gene from the doe to make a chin. Otherwise the full color which all the silver fox should carry would cover it.
They could all be calis. No way to know until they grow up and silver some or don't and some may not silver even if they are from the SF. Most cali are black himi and a standard chin is black so if a himi gene does not get passed on to make a chin you are left with blacks and chestnuts as possible outcomes from that pair.
Lol, cute and FAST growing since there are only 4, it's so cool!
