I left this forum around...2015 or so? Recently I quit Facebook, Instagram, etc, but found I still need a good community to bounce ideas off of, learn new things, etc, so I'm back. Used to be CattleCait, have changed my name since then and go by Casey.
Raise Silvers for show and have a colony of meat rabbits that I raise to supplement my dogs' raw diets. I've raised rabbits since 2003 and have had most recognized breeds in the US at one point or another. Lived around the country but now settled in Michigan.
We're 5 Dog Nite Farm from the old Aboriginal habit of sleeping with the dogs to keep warm on cool nights (three dog night = cold night!) and I've got five of them in my bed, all some sort of Border Collie herding mix. I've also got coturnix quail, two degus, and a wall of pothos+philodendron+monstera plants.
