It's very hard to tell with charlies what color they are, try to get a close up shot of the colored hair on the nose/ears. He is GORGEOUS! I love jersey woolies, i've been thinking about adding some to my rabbitry.

What colour were his parents? Its always easier to say with certainty if we know his background. Being a charlie makes it even harder! LOL He is very cute!!
