Vienna is an unpredictable thing, but that would be a bit unusual placement of a vienna mark. Does she have other white marks or white hairs? It's true that vienna can pop up out of apparently nowhere; it doesn't always leave a white mark trail. One argument for vienna is that the broken parent looks like it has no nose marking - that can sometimes be a flag for vienna.
Also, I'm not convinced the bunny is a magpie, given the orange tones on her face and ears. I'd like to see the rest of the rabbit to be sure, but she looks more like a harlequin (with low rufus orange) to me.
If the second photo is of the parents, neither one looks like a tort. The top rabbit looks like a harlequin and the bottom one looks like a tricolor (broken harlequin). Maybe I can make out a bit of torting along the lower flanks of the broken, but I'd kind of expect to see evidence of it around the eyes as well. I suppose it could be a torted tri, but unless someone took a Sharpie to its head, ear and hindquarters, those black marks along with orange patches say harlequin.
Do you have any information about the colors of the parents of the parents?
