I have been down to my local vets to enquire about vaccinating my bunnies, however he could not guarantee that the vaccine would not render my bucks infertile. Has anyone else heard of this? It is a worry as I want to vaccinate my rabbits, but as I'm planning to breed them I can't really have a situation where the vaccine leaves my bucks infertile.

The situation in the UK is different from that in the U.S. Which vaccination(s) are you interested in administering to your rabbits? There aren't any "annual" vax needed in the U.S., as far as I or my "regular" rabbit vet know.

Not like, say, dogs or cats. (And even those seem to be changing, thank heavens!)

 I assume your vet is worried a out the myxo vaccine. If given a live virus, some rabbits can have a mild reaction which can include swollen genitalia, often this will only cause temporary sterility (60 days) but occasionally it is permenant, but personally if I was in the UK, I would take the risk to avoid my rabbit getting myxo

I don't know if a killed virus is available but it should be safer.

US and I believe canada do not do rabbit vaccinations. Our wild rabbits are not the same species so they don't spread disease like in the UK. Most people also breed for disease resistance quite strongly rather than treating illnesses.
