two things seen today

1. a dead mouse half eaten in crazy doe's cage. My boys laughed when I told them.

2. an accident between a baby rabbit and foster momma rabbit. Both jumped to the same spot at the same time and little rabbit died. Just one of those freak things.

i was a bit freaked. She's a nasty nasty doe who just waiting for me to have time to freezer camp her. Though for some reason since she was bonked by my flashlight she doesn't leap out of the cage at me anymore.....

BUT careful hands are needed to water her.... careful QUICK hands.

I had a doe last summer kill a baby black snake. Found it in her feeder. :x No kits to protect, and there was noway that pen size snake was an actual threat to her. I think she was being mean.
