I have a MR doe due on the 9th or 10th of February. I've been looking over the pedigrees trying to figure out what she might end up having. I understand nobody really knows but I'm going to ask anyways. I have a broken chocolate doe and bred her with my blue buck. I know her sire was a broken chocolate and dam was a blue. The bucks sire was a broken blue and dam was a blue. I believe I'm going to have some blues in this litter. I'm wondering what else might I have though besides blues. I know my buck has produced chocolates and lilacs so is there a chance my doe might have those in her litter as well? Also I my pair has REW in their pedigree could they have that color as well? I'm trying to figure this all out since I'm new with pedigreed rabbits and definitely going to be new at telling what color is what. If I'm looking at their pedigrees right there is a chance she could have solid/broken blacks, chocolates, lilac, blues and MAYBE rew. I'm kind of excited since this will be my first pedigreed MR litter :D

If I remember correctly (Dood help me if I am wrong!) then your doe could produce: REW, Black, Blue, Broken Black/Blue, and possibly Lilac with your buck. It takes two of the "bb" genes to produce the chocolate colour in rabbits. Other then that I am unsure.

I have a broken blue doe who when bred to my blue buck produced all blue kits. The buck and doe both came out of black parents.
