Torts?

Just want to confirm if these little ones are torts...
(and that what would be fawn in an agouti is tort in a self? ~ both are ee?)

This one is from:
Speedwell Aa B_C_ Dd eje
Royal aa B_ chch Dd Ee
There is a fawn in the litter, but this one has definite dark points


And these two are HLops out of:
Coco aa bb C_ Dd Ee ENen (broken choc)
Jinx aa Bb C_ dd Ee enen (blue) ~lots of shaded in his pedigree, so his missing 'c' could be cchl
~ their other offspring include a broken chocolate and what I think was a blue (DOA).
I have filled in the 'e' assuming these are torted kits...

Smutty fawn - the white in the ears, around the eyes, and likely on the belly and under the tail all indicate agouti and since it has a lot of dark fur its "smutty" which is a colour modifiers and not a simple recessive or dominant trait like the other colour genes (Rufus and umbrous are also modifiers)
