Too hot for me

Well it's too hot for me to do anything other than go check on the rabbits and haunt various forums. So out I go. Was not too thrilled to see it is 97 in the shade, higher than forecast but....







All just chillin, no stress, some are even nibbling hay. 5 days ago they needed ice. Couple of my NZW look a bit hot so I turned on the mister. But that's a load off my mind. Worrisome little buggers. They appear to be adjusting to the heat.

Wow, they are SO fuzzy! I'm amazed they are doing so well in the heat!

Impressive! They are doing better than mine! I have one in particular that doesn't seem to handle even the slightest heat well...

They are such troopers! Hannah the fawn, is more heat tolerant and also less dense than the others, so I left her a bit longer. She was eating hay when it was 95 degrees! Miss Piggy is epileptic, so she is shorter but handling the heat very well. I thought I'd have to bring her in but she is quite unconcerned with it. It's a relief, there's 8 of them and I was trying to figure out how the heck I was going to fit them all in the house.
