I just want to say thanks for all the knowledge you guys share, I have learned so much & only just begun!

Update- nice FG doe that turned into a hormonal bunny is now my nice bunny again after delivering 7 healthy kits Thanksgiving am & she is doing a good job as 1st time mommy. My 1st experience has fortunately been a good one!

Queston- one of my does (bred 24 days ago) has a few poops that looked like deer poop. It was overall the size of a normal poop ball but it consisted of several very small poop balls. Color/consistency normal and appetite has been normal. Have saw a few of theese but then no more. She gets purina pellets, orchard grass/timothy hay, occasionally give a little flax seed with pellets, and a little treat most am's (either carrot,apple,or bananna peel). Any ideas of cause and if it indicates any problems?

If they look like this http://bunniez.hubpages.com/hub/What-To ... abbit-Poop, those are cecotropes, and they are normal - but you should not see a LOT of them, as the rabbit is supposed to be eating them. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cecotrope You might want to cut back on the amount of pellets, if they're firm and she's just not eating them, or cut back on fruit if they're runny.

I stop giving am treats if they are in fruit forums... Flax seed should be in its own dish.. as it sinks to the bottom of the feeder. You could also give some oatmeal ..
