Swollen breasts

My lionhead has swollen breasts. I can see one front one in particular hanging down when she sits. If she were human, I'd say she wore a j cup size.
Most of her breasts look swollen but they're not hard. Her kits are 4 days old. She normally has 5+ in a litter but this litter was only 3.

I have meat rabbits the same age. I'm wondering if I should give her one or two of them to foster. I don't know it that would make it better or worse.

I would first check if there is any sign of inflamation or so to be sure it's not caused by mastitis.

If everything is ok and the 3 kits are well fed, fostering one might be worth a try.

I have an older doe who we joke is our mini dairy cow. She is visibly carrying a ton of milk with every litter, and she raises great kits. Some girls are just lucky like that I guess.

Similarly to eco2pia, one of my Does had a TON of milk and you could definitely feel it
