Snowball?

So I have a new Angora-furred doe. As a kit she appeared black but as she developed I noticed her undercoat is pure white. it gives her a grayish appearance.
I'm not sure how to describe her coat texture, it's very soft but jersey woolly length.
Would this be considered a snowball or is that normal for black Angora coats?

It's pretty normal for angora wool to get a very light undercolor.
