Sleepy young rabbit. Should I worry?

Yesterday I sold a blue eye white lionhead born this Easter Sunday. The buyer writes "Her eyes clothes and when she's awake her eyes look sleepy. I didn't give her any vegis and I fed her the food you gave me mixed with what I have and I gave her plenty if Timothy hay. She isnt limp she sits up and sleeps or stretches out but her heads never down. She's been sleepy since I picked her up. She was sleeping in the car home too her eyes closed and everything"

Any thoughts?

Ask if she hops around and if she eats willingly.
ask if she is pooping.

Is this an experienced owner?

Not sure what they mean by 'head never down'.

if she's huddling in a corner or sitting with her head up and back she's got gut or breathing issues due mostly likely to the stress of leaving home.

This is the PRIMARY reason I offer a 48 hr health policy. As I tell people.. I DO NOT KNOW which bunny will stress. Most will be fine, but you'll find the odd one that stresses and simply needs to come back home ASAP (or dies unexpectedly).

These are the mails so far.

After I asked about her poop.
"This Morning I found that the rabbits waist was like this http://www.sandiegorabbits.org/diet/cecals.html will she be okay? "

She sent this about 3am.
"Hey I was wonder but concerned about the bunny you gave
me. Is it normal or okay that shes always sleeping or sleepy. It's just seems unusual that she's always tired and also her appetite doesn't seem that good either. I did see her eat and drink but not very much "

Last night.
"Thank you so much. Btw my old rabbit didn't seem to like her at first but they're getting along now cuddling and stuff it's really cute "


I'm guessing she is comparing the baby with her 6 month old and the baby act sleepy to her. She got the baby to replace one that died.
