Scabs found

I recently discovered scabs on my rabbit and it's concerning me. She's been scratching her neck a lot lately. I looked up symptoms for mites and she doesn't seem to match, I see no dandruff or anything of the sort. She's never around other rabbits and she's an indoor rabbit.

Here's one of the scabs, thoughts? Am I just freaking out?

I don't think you need to freak out, but you will want to eliminate the possibility of fleas. Do you have a dog or cat? That definitely looks to me like the rabbits claws have injured it during scratching. My guess would be dry skin due to central heating. You probably should trim the rabbit's claws and perhaps file the tips a bit so they are not so sharp.

Okay, thank you. Yes, I do have dogs as well.

In that case, check all the animals thoroughly for fleas. Sometimes fleas will migrate to house rabbits, although they are not the fleas' preferred host.
