Ok So I have a Female Netherlands dwarf rabbit that has really runny poo almost like Diarrhea

She is fed unlimited Timothy hay and alfalfa pellets from the local feed store and occasionally like 1 or 2 times ever other week she is fed fresh greens like Kale

Why is Her poop all runny? :?:

background like 2 months back she stopped eating or drinking or peeing or pooping and for about a week I had force her to take fluids with a syringe and the vet prescribed a bit of regilin she got better but her poop was runny from then on and slowly got worse.

I'm not sure what the problem is but I would not feed her greens at all until it is resolved. I'd cut back on pellets and feed hay almost exclusively, maybe with some electrolytes so the poor thing doesn't dehydrate too much.

Sometimes severe diarrhea can be caused by an impaction. It could be fur or worms. Have you tried feeding pineapple and/or papaya? You might want to worm her as well. Fecal exams are hit and miss- if the rabbit is not shedding eggs the test will come back as negative. I discovered pin worms in the guts of a couple of rabbits recently, so I wormed my entire herd. Dosage is discussed here: pinworms-graphic-gut-photos-t8694.html

I agree with Kyle that you should cut the pellets for now. I would give her rolled oats as well. This thread mentions some plants to combat diarrhea:

I hope she feels better soon!

Raw pumpkin seeds are said to be an effective wormer. You could give those for now.

I can't imagine delivering kits is easy when they are already depleted due to a long-term runny poo.

If she is an outdoor rabbit, I would consider bringing her inside where it is cooler to give birth. Also give her some berry flavored Tums to provide more calcium. She will eat it if and when she needs it. In addition to adding electrolytes to her water it would be a good idea to give her some probiotic paste.

I have her inside with her kits right after she gives birth to them she is well cooled by a box fan

shes a very finicky bunny

Iv tried putting some Gatorade and the low sugar kind as well into her water before and she wouldn't drink it but I will mix some into her water anyway
and I replaced her pellets with Rolled oats

cant get any dewormer till Monday when the feed store is back open pet shops don't carry it around here

I have a bag http://www.oxbowanimalhealth.com/vets/p ... tical_care I bought after she stopped eating a couple months back
is it time to force her eat this stuff?

Definitely gonna go get some tums for her and is it the pro biotic paste like the stuff at Walgreens that will work for her?

I grow A varity of mint plants like spearmint orange mint peppermint and a pineapple sage plant and lavander.

She doesn't like it? I would offer it to her, but I wouldn't force feed her- I would think that would be very stressful, and she is stressed already. Black Strap molasses will give her a boost- maybe if you coated the pellets with a teaspoon of it she will eat them willingly.

That is probably for humans, but it will work in a pinch until the feed store opens. I have "Jump Start Plus" by Manna Pro. I have never used it, but have it on hand in case of emergency.

Mint is reported to dry up milk, I would not give her that. Lavender is reported to induce labor, I would not give her that either. I have never seen a rabbit refuse the electrolyte solution, no matter how sick they are. I love that stuff and keep it on hand, rabbits that would not drink Gatorade drink it.
