Is this an odd tricolour or will be broken orange?

Total mystery to me kit. Seems to change every time I take a good look at it.

should mention... of all my does.. Rosie gives me the most new to me colour kits. She's given me sable martens, silver martins, a variety of otters, a kit I never managed to identify a colour on, seal, and black. Her best and nicest kits are ALWAYS bucks AND become spraying monsters when they mature so I've never kept one back from her. I am hopeful that new buck...who I've never seen spray... that I'll get something nice and non-spraying this time round. :)

I would say the last 2 are the same color one is just broken. Maybe lynx or lilac otter? They look like the same shade as my lilac kits but the nonbroken definitely has white agouti type markings.

Grandpa used to say the more they spray the better they breed. That spray actually contains pheremones that get the does in the mood for breeding..

I haven't found that to be true at all. :)

The dad of these just gave me 9 kits off a doe who normally gives me six. :)

I think that last broken looks to be a broken Opal And I agree the first is one a broken orange. The solid maybe a smoke pearl marten???
