My mom finally got rabbit meat (I have no idea where xD) and brought it home and grilled it.
I swear my first thought was that my dad had just cooked Caramel :lol:

My current favorites to serve are ground rabbit meat balls and (gf)breaded bunny nuggets.

Both can be eaten as finger foods and/or dipped in a favorite sauce.

LOTS of good recipes here on RT too.
