Place the sticks across the rack so the jerky dangles between the bars on the rack.

yea take your strips of mean and stab the stick thru the end of the meat and keep adding meat on the stick till it is almost full you need space between each piece of meat so it get air all around and then lay the stick on the rack of the oven and let the meat hang down thru the oven rack kind of like this
