Question about miscarriages

I have a Mini Rex doe that was pregnant with 3 kits and 9 days to go until due. She miscarried 1 kit last night. Will she loose the others also? Has anyone had a doe do this?

not necessarily... she could go full term with the others. I haven't had it happen but know a few who have.
