Purchased a breeding doe yesterday

Hi. I purchased a 2.5 year old mini lop breeding doe at a show yesterday. I haven't noticed her eating or drinking anything. I have the food she was eating for her former owner. I also am offering her T&A hay. I guess it is too soon to worry, but that is what I do. When should I worry?

Took Elmo nearly a week to eat the pellets, but he did nibble some hay.
Took the Woolies three days.

She has some diarrhea. Should I do the salt and sugar thing in the water and take pellets away? How much sugar and salt do I add to the water?

Pedialyte or Gatorade work too
