My female rabbit has dirty inside of her legs. But her eyes and nose looks clean. She lives in a colony. And I'm worried she may have gotten sick. There has been rodents in there pen. Please help

You need to better describe her symptoms and post good pictures.
If she's got diarrhea then pull her out and put her in a wire bottom cage. Only give her water and good hay to see if her stool firms up.
If she's got a bladder or uterine infection then pull her out and take her to the vet.

No. Only symptoms is lumps on breasts and dirty front legs. But other than that is fine
If she has mastitis she needs a long course of antibiotics.
Dood is right... We need more information and pictures if possible.
When did this doe last have a litter? Can you describe the lumps? And the "dirt" is on her front legs? Is it like matted fur or actual soiling? You are not giving us enough to go on.
I would take her out of the colony and put her in an isolation cage until you get this sorted out.
