Popples tomorrow hopefully update we got babies a day early

Well I was all worried that my buns was going through a false pregnancy but tomorrow is here due date (day 31) and boy she has been looking so uncomfortable yesterday and this morning! I checked her nest and she has a really nice nest going no fur yet but today when I was petting her I put my hand under her belly that is a lot larger than it was last week and im sure I could feel lil ones!!! can't wait this will be my first batch of babies. I'm thinking she will be a good momma due to her nesting so early :bananadance: :thewave: :mbounce:

Just went and checked on her and she is pulling fur like crazy now. Eek so excited turning out to be a good day. Also found a home for my last baby kitten

Make sure to keep an eye on the doe if the weather is warm. She will be more susceptible to heat distress since she is pregnant.

Babies just went out to check momma and peaked inside the nesting box and guess what 7 lil ones poppin around all born in the nest and all look pretty good will do a better head count in a bit and snap some pics, what i could see there is 5 black ones and two pinkies, Good size litter for a first time doe

So recounted this morning and there is 8 very jumpy babies they keep climbing there way around the nesting hutch thankfully it's warm cuz two seem to have crawled right out all her healthy with big bellies

Lost a kit today cuz of the heat feel so bad we were gone for the day the rest hopped out the nest but the biggest guy didnt make it down to 7
