Chocolate Holland Lop Buck (Mr Loveable) - VM Tort carries chocolate Mini Lop Doe

I breed her 2 months ago and she lost the whole litter. She is about 2 1/2 years old and was first time being breed. I rebred her right away and tonight she Kindled 5. I see 3 chocolates and 2 blacks. Will update pictures in the next few days when babies have been cleaned up and are fuzzy.

Things are starting to look up some for our rabbitry. 5 out of 6 of our does have had at least 1 successful litter and our 6th doe has had her 1st little (unsuccessful). We are breeding someone every 2 weeks so that we have a steady supply of babies.

Probably just to pet them out for now. That is the market I currently breed for anyway. I have considered getting a holland doe or mini lop buck to avoid cross breeding. I don't see mini's around here much and not sure I'd travel to get a buck so I may have to wait.


Here is a new picture of the babies cleaned up. I thought they were chocolate which was why I said the doe carried chocolate. In this picture I'm not so sure as they look gray.
