Please HELP nursing doe is sneezing

My dream doe has an amazing litter of 9 vigorous 2 week old kits. She is in an outdoor hutch, protected from wind...it's cold right now, 20's at night.

She seems to be eating and drinking fine. Her coat eyes and nose look fine, but she has started sneezing in the last few days.

She is a really fine specimen, easy to breed, makes huge kits. I'm so worried about her.

Any expert advice?

No expert, more dilettante

One of my does did sneeze now and then, I think these episodes were connected to some form of stress, like nursing or heat. No discharge, and the sneezing fits weren't too bad. Didn't pass it on, she's 5yo now and is retired from breeding from now on, for a different reason. Didn't hear her sneeze for months now.

I would keep an eye on her and the kits, and feed her really well, 9 kits need a lot of energy.

Rabbits can sneeze for lots of reasons. When I switch from water bottles to crocks for the winter, many of the rabbits stick their noses into the water and end up sneezing because of that. Other triggers are dust and stress, including from an abrupt change in weather or temperature. I agree with @Preitler that I would keep an eye on her, but not worry too much.

Twenty degrees F isn't really cold for adult rabbits; in fact, my rabbits act more comfortable at 20F than at 70F. In my herd, the only problem with cool weather is keeping water available when it's freezing. Even the babies are fine once they're old enough to start coming out of the box (14-18 days old), and when they're younger and still in the box under the fur blanket they're fine too.
