:pancake: So I'm trying to decide which background colors I like best for my rabbit pictures. I plan on having a couple different colors. I'll post all my background pictures (good and bad) and I want to know which y'all like best. I have pictures with two of my black rabbits, and I'll post the pictures of my gold doe tomorrow after I take them. I'm also going to put up my prop pictures that I plan to use more for younger rabbits than the ones in the pictures. I want all kinds of opinions, which y'all like best and how I could do the bad ones better it just get rid of entirely. So bad ones to me are the red and cameo backgrounds (red especially)

Of those, I only really like the gray background. Solid backgrounds are best for photographing show rabbits, and the brightness of red is too distracting. A dark solid color, like black, or dark blue would work well too

Just going to add another bit of info that happened literally last night. I am set up to buy a really dark colored Harlequin colored mini rex in the beginning of September. I'll do background pictures of it too and put them up

Yeah I can understand that. Right now we use a blue background (which looks kinda grey in the basket pictures). Which would you think would do well with selling pet quality kits though?

Personally, I would make it easy for everyone. Does would get a pink background and bucks a blue/grey.

"Is the broken black a buck or a doe?"
"What color is the background in the picture?"
"Blue."
"That is a buck."

Easy peasy.

I Like this idea.
Now i would just need to Remember to change the background each time

I like the pixel pink and grey squares best out of those. It's nice and soft making the bunny stand out most on it without being boring like a plain color. Second best is the blue plaid.

for my pics I have a base cloth + some embroidery. All I do when taking pics, males get basic cloth, females get basic cloth + embroidery. That way I just add or remove something small when changing sex rather then having to redo my whole setup all the time.

I like the pixel too. Okay so for my more show babies I will have the solid blue and solid grey, and for pet babies I will have the pixel and the grey plaid. I can do solid blue for the show girls, grey for show boys, pixel for pet girls, and plaid for the pet boys, and I'll do basket for babies still in the nest.

__________ Thu Jul 27, 2017 8:27 am __________

This is the solid blue. It looks grey in the wrong light, but it's still easy to tell apart from the solid grey. Bit pictures are the same solid blue background

I agree with grey and the pink/grey/white.

The red is way to bright, plaid is meh and the camo is way to distracting.

Love the idea of having different color back ground for does and bucks.
