If I had the space I would. I was wondering how anyone could say it was cheaper to mix grains than buy pellets. I have not found a place to buy barley, only oats and Boss, which are about the same price. So far, Manna Pro has been good to me, and when I've tried switching, I've come up with sick rabbits.

Same here. While rolled oats or barley are a good idea for a grain supplement, they're cost-prohibitive not only in recurring costs, but also in the cost of storing. Then there's a significant space consideration, as well as what to do when I dole out the ridiculous amount of money feed stores around here are charging for it, only to get home and find it dirty or mouldy-looking. I finally just gave up on trying to feed it, aside from getting an occasional tub of Old Fashioned oats at the supermarket.

And I've found the same as what you said to be true on switching from Manna Pro feeds. I've just begun transitioning back to it because I just didn't get the complete, finished product out of my rabbits with what I'm feeding them right now. Both are good feeds, but I seem to get better results out of Manna Pro.
