Pellet Content

Hi everyone,
Just wondering about pellet content. I know you all will have different brands to me but I am noticing that if my rabbits eat too many pellets they get poopy butts. It makes things tricky when you are meant to free feed pregnant does and young kits. I have to limit them or else end up with messy bottoms! Can you all let me know if you have tried different brands with different protein/fibre contents and which % of things makes for healthier buns. Please tell me percentages so I can compare to the brands we have here!! Many thanks!! P.S. They all get free fed hay constantly.

I have tried different brands and have never had that happen. I've lost animals from making a switch, but usually kits get ME, and that only recently.

Two years ago, I switched foods every few months trying to find the right one, and never lost a bun or had a gut problem.

What are you feeding? Maybe there is something wrong with that feed?
