Young rabbit (approx 6months) runt, sneezing with white mucus on nose, in with other rabbits of same age but they show no symptoms. Is this likely pasteurella? If so, the other rabbits will have it too even without symptoms won’t they? Any advice welcome.

It could be, but there are other pathogens that can cause respiratory issues, such as Bordetella (causes kennel cough in dogs). Most rabbits have encountered Pasteurella but have varying degrees of resistance, so perhaps because it's a runt it has a poor immune system and has succumbed.

with rabbits you cull the ones with poor immune systems and keep the best. If it throws sick (as in gives you babies that are weak, unthrifty, or catch everything), you cull it. Most easily seen in does (over the course of two litters) but happens in bucks too.

I won’t be breeding from it, it’s too small for my buck, fur isn’t right etc, wish I hadn’t brought it home to be honest but my heart dominated my head that day, lesson learnt!
So with the symptoms I’ve described, would you cull it?
Also, it’s in with some of my other does, they don’t present any symptoms, are from a different litter of the runt and are good strong healthy looking rabbits. They are hopefully pregnant at the moment, I will be separating them all before they kindle. Just wondering now if this could pass over to the kits, shouldn’t be the case if they all seem healthy with no symptoms though should it?

Thank you for the link. Yes I think it’s definitely the case of it having a poor immune system. So correct me if I’m wrong please- whatever pathogen it is is likely contagious but symptoms are only presenting in the runt as it’s immune system isn’t great, the other does could still have the same issue but are strong so it’s not an issue for them? Could it impact their kits once born do you think?

I would, and keep it out of the food chain (i.e. don't feed it to dog/cat) as it might pass on to them. If it is Pasteurella then the other rabbits will also have it, and their immune systems are succeeding in resisting it.

i cull anything that gets shows it has a poor immune system. Blowing snot is one of those things I cull for.
