Pasteurella and Dogs

My dogs are about 50-75% raw fed, depending on the day and how dedicated I'm feeling.

I have about four rabbits in the quarantine room of the barn that have confirmed pasteurella. Are they safe to feed my dogs? Killed first, of course

I discard the head and lungs, but the meat itself is safe as long as it isn't the systemic form with abscesses in the muscle tissue and/or organs.
