So what color would you call him and what do you call his purple eyes?? These are a few pics of him and his brother since they looked exactly the same the only difference was Cotton was a wee tad bigger than Olly but you had to be paying attention to notice it

The colour is called Red Eyed White (REW for short) and it is a form of albinism which is why the eyes are pinkish

It is 1 of 3 unique colours (the other 2 are himilayan/pointed white and Blue Eyed White) that hides a rabbits true genetic colour under white fur instead of blending or modifying it.

Normally REW are genetically chestnut, gold tipped steel or black but they could be any colour

Why do they look purple then? or is it the pinkish tint that causes almost an illusion that they are purple?

REW albinos lack all pigment and the eyes are pinkish because that is the colour of blood flowing through capillaries, they might look purple from other tissues tinting the blood.
