Some of you may remember I was worried about Pippen because of her sneezing. I removed the bedding from her cage and she got better, but not great. She started getting depressed, thin and a little aggressive. Finally I decided I couldn't have her in the house because I was worried about the other rabbits(she was seperated but it is more tempting for my kids to pet her inside) So, I decided to put her outside in one of the wire bottom cages and put her in the yard, she doesn't care about the dogs sniffing her cage or eating her hay(I know, wierd dogs) so I wasn't worried about her being scared of them.... I put a board in so she could get off the wire, food, a bunch of sifted hay, and water....

It has been a few weeks and she is doing AMAZING! No more sneezing AT ALL.... Her coat looks better than I have ever seen it, she is eating again and she is back to being super friendly!! She LOVES her cage too....

Where she is at outside, she has alot of ventilation and shade.... So I have come to the conclusion it was something in my house that was not agreeing with her... I do use Scentsy and other candles. Plus I do use the Melaleuca cleaners(not on the cages anymore though) so, it could have been anything.

So, it looks like I have an outside bunny! I don't care.... I am just so glad that she is doing better.... She is a really sweet rabbit and I was really worried...

So, at least in SOME cases, don't jump to conclusions and try to eliminate alternative causes of sneezing... Especially with house rabbits like mine!

Yay! Good for her! :D

The older I get, stronger perfumes, and scents bug the heck out of me, so I can believe it could be something along that line!

Great news!I know parrot breeders dont use those air freshners around the birds.
