I like the mouth feel of rabbit and I wonder if the density of rabbit meat is sometimes mistaken for toughness if one isn't used to it.
I also dislike frying as a cooking method so I almost never try it. My favourite methods are roasting, stewing, or braising any meat other than bacon. :1pig: THAT needs frying to crispy perfection and it seems to be the only meat I am able to fry successfully :chef:
