Non-stop grunting sounds.... Why?

Just got this girl today. Unfortunately I didn't get to find out much at all about her. She's been making this grunting noise all day. I've only heard this once before with a male Holland lop sleeping. Any idea what this grunting (sound) is about?

deviated septum? I've an older cat who sounds like that.

I suspect she's a broken black tort.

Hold her chest to your ear and listen to her chest noises. If she sounds raspy in the chest that indicates a lung infection and culling would probably be the best route.

Hmmm.....I would definitely quarantine, but it could be nothing....just keep your eye on her and see what happens.

I just don't know what to do, and I don't want to take any chances getting our other bunnies sick.

Put her someplace all by herself. Care for her last. Change clothes and wash up before caring for rabbits again.
